Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free Cancellation
You may cancel your excursion free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled activity. If the cancellation is made outside this time frame, if you arrive late, or if you do not show up, no refund will be issued. 

Weather-Related Cancellations
In the event of adverse weather conditions that prevent the excursion from taking place, our team will contact you to offer an alternative date. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

How to Cancel Your Excursion
- 72 hours or more in advance:
  Please send an email to info@aguitaparadisetours.com 
  including your full name, booking reference, and the excursion you wish to cancel.
- 48 hours or less in advance:
  Contact us via WhatsApp, providing your full name and booking reference.

Refunds
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the reservation.
- Please note that bank refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
